In diesen Seminaren erhalten die Teilnehmer durch den Spiegel Pferd einen Einblick in ihre individuellen Führungsstärken und -fähigkeiten. Finden Sie heraus, wie Sie durch bewusste und unbewusste Kommunikation auf Ihre Mitmenschen wirken und welches Vertrauen und welcher Respekt Ihnen entgegen gebracht wird. Alle Seminare zeichnen sich durch Praxisübungen aus. Die Teilnehmer erarbeiten die wesentlichen Inhalte durch gemeinsame Übungen mit dem Co-Trainer "Pferd" in der Halle. Horsetales er en ny arena for adferdsutvikling og kommunikasjonstrening inspirert av samhandling med hest. Programmet for selvutvikling, lederutvikling og mellommenneskelig interaksjon bruker Helgaker Gård som konferansesenter og treningsarena. Et grunnleggende trekk ved metoden er å bruke hest og hestepsykologi som inspirasjon for ny innsikt om oss selv.

I dag foregår svært mye kommunikasjon elektronisk eller over telefon. Det fratar oss trening i å bruke andre former for formidling som kroppsspråk, øyekontakt, berøring med mer. En viktig begrunnelse for å arbeide med hester er derfor å bli eksponert for situasjoner der vi blir fratatt våre vanligste kommunikasjonsformer. I tillegg til dette blir vi i relasjonen til hesten også fratatt vår rolle (sjef) og våre ressurser (forvaltning av goder).  Øvelsene gir et utmerket utgangspunkt for drøftelse av hva som er god kommunikasjon i organisasjoner.

Pferde nehmen Bewegungen und körperliche Reaktionen äusserst differenziert wahr – auch am Menschen - und reagieren somit direkt auf Gefühle und Gedanken ihres Gegenübers. K plnohodnotnému lektorování tréninků s koňmi jsem se po dobu pěti let systematicky připravovala aktivní účastní v evropské asociaci, vzděláváním u zahraničních partnerů, prací s koňmi a lidmi v sociální oblasti, získáváním lektorských zkušeností jako lektorka tradičních soft-skills tréninků, studiem nových přístupu k práci v organizacích (Gestalt). Od roku 2005 jsem licenčním partnerem zakladatele vzdělávání s asistencí koní v Evropě, G&K HorseDream GmbH.

Shamila ist eine 13jährige irische Vollblutstute und hat in jüngeren Jahren viele Springturniere miterlebt.
Jetzt lebt sie schon seit einigen Jahren mit uns auf dem Hof. Sie ist an den täglichen Umgang mit Menschen gewöhnt, wird von Kindern und Erwachsenen geritten und auch im Sommer als Wanderreitpferd mit eingesetzt, lebt aber in ihrer eigenen Pferdewelt in einem stetigen Gruppenverband in Aussenstallhaltung auf ganz natürliche Weise, ganzjährig draussen zusammen mit 5 anderen Stuten und einer Hand voll Ponies. Sie ist eine sehr gute geduldige Lehrerin.

Those years reflect my Evolution towards Feminine Values, or Women's values, those are what our Entire Society has been and still is lacking – in both Men and Women
This is the start to ‘WoManHooD’ Project.

My first profession is that of an expert in Antique and Modern Belgian and European Silverware, and for a long part of my life I had been living in constantly, depressions, break downs and reached the turning point, i.e.: the burn out.

Thanks to those I met the therapists and therapies that were able to help me to heal myself, and to listen to my True Self, and to become conscious of the importance of the reconnection with Nature and The Animal World.

Now, after migrating to Tenerife, I dedicate my profession to Alternative Therapies and to Trainings in Personal and Professional Development.

I reconnected here with the Horses in a more natural way and became aware of the importance of respecting the Horses as entire and whole Beings and of the importance of respecting their needs.
This is the start to ‘Horses, Peaceful Leaders’ Project.

1. What is your method called? It’s not a method. The teaching/coaching is based on gaining a better understanding of horse behaviour to then apply to whatever competition or recreational goals you and your horse have.

2. How did it start? I have been involved with horses all my life. From pony club to point to pointing, BHS exams onto eventing and then specializing in understanding horse behaviour from a practical point of view to help people to understand why horses do what they do and how to work with them to achieve results.

3. What is the philosophy behind the method? What I try to do is to link what is seen as “alternative” (i.e. understanding the horses behaviour or point of view) to help people to incorporate it into the fabric of horsemanship as a whole.

Founded in December 2007 with the purpose of establishing a place in Central-Estonia for all those who
wish to experience the immediacy of relating to themselves with the help of nature and animals and who wish to aquire deeper knowledge on this.

Our goal is to build a training-centre with lecture rooms, stables, indoor riding arena for therapy and retreat lodges. All this will be surrounded by quiet and magical forest routes, alleys and labyrinths. Our buildings will be designed and built according to principles of ecological construction – environmentally friendly. Main building materials will be wood, straw, clay and lime as it was traditionally in Estonia during centuries.

Carolina Schröder Singer es fundadora de MagicEquus Coaching con Caballos, directora de la Yeguada MagicEquus y licenciada por la EAHAE en formación asistida por caballos. Graduada de la Universidad de Yale (Yale School of Music), Carolina, paralelo a su labor en MagicEquus, actualmente completa su segunda carrera universitaria: la licenciatura en veterinaria. 

Como violonchelista solista Carolina actuó en los grandes auditorios del mundo. Su debut en Carnegie Hall, New York, fue recibido por el público con una ovación de pie. Ganadora de concursos de interpretación musical en España, Italia, Israel y Estados Unidos, Carolina además fue galardonada con numerosos premios entre otros, premios entregados por su Majestad La Reina de España. Por un problema físico tuvo que cambiar el rumbo de su vida profesional. 

Impulsada por su pasión por los caballos encontró su nueva vocación en la formación asistida por caballos y su trabajo en la yeguada Magicequus.

Ejerciendo como tutora de estudiantes de la Universidad de Yale, Carolina adquirió valiosa experiencia didáctica. Carolina ha estudiado comportamiento equino, ha participado activamente en cursos de doma natural impartidos por la etóloga Lucy Rees y tiene amplia experiencia en el trabajo con caballos. 
Gracias a su trayectoria internacional, Carolina domina cuatro idiomas: español, alemán, inglés y hebreo permitiendo la realización de seminarios en cualquiera de dichos idiomas.

Using horses as ‘trainers’, in an experiential-learning environment, provides immediate and honest feedback to the individual or the team they are working with.

‘Success’ is achieved only when you are 100% present with the horse and completely focussed on the task in hand.

‘Trust’ and ‘Respect’ are the horses’ bywords and ‘honest’ answers are always given!

Connect-2-Success takes a fresh approach to corporate training bringing Equine Inspired Leadership to the workplace. Working with horses offers a unique pathway to understanding ones true self. This aspect is the foundation of a person’s true leadership style, true communication style and true, authentic behaviour. 

Through our Accelerated Horse Awareness (AHA) programs clients can embark on a journey of self discovery like no other. They will experience AHA moments that bring new insights into themselves that they have never seen before facilitated through the experience with horses. Equine Inspired Leadership is about doing something you’ve never done before, pushing your comfort zone barrier, investigating who you are, having fun with the horses and raising self awareness.

Learn to say "No" and feel good about it. Horses are the ultimate 'boundary' teachers- making EFL especially beneficial to anyone who has experienced bullying of any kind.

Release limiting beliefs and old patterns of behaviour- let go of the past and live in the present.

Le cheval est utilisé, ici, comme outil pédagogique, car ses réactions sont un excellent révélateur de l’état d’esprit de celui qui le manipule.

Le cheval vous aidera à mieux connaître et comprendre les autres, grâce à des exercices sur mesure et à la portée de tous. Le cheval vous permettra d’identifier et de reproduire les comportements clefs qui font la force d'une équipe.

Tous nos chevaux sont dressés pour ce travail.
La prise en charge est individualisée.
Le support vidéo sera utilisé et analysé.
Un suivi qualitatif sera mené par notre équipe avec chaque participant afin d’analyser à moyen terme l’impact au quotidien (vérification des hypothèses).

La formation peut être en Français ou en Anglais.

Säva Ridcenter ligger i utkanten av Örsundsbro, nära Uppsala och Enköping. Anläggningen nås lätt med bil eller buss på väg 55. Ridskolan har drygt 60 ha mark, tillgång till fin ridterräng och välutbildad personal med lång erfarenhet av ridskole- och klubbverksamhet.

Vårt mål är att alla ska känna sig välkomna till Säva Ridcenter! Från våra yngsta knatteryttare till eleverna i specialgrupper och de som har egen häst installad på gården (samt självklart också alla föräldrar som hälsar på!). Vi är måna om att alla elever känner att de utvecklas i sin ridning och känner sig trygga tillsammans med hästarna.
Vi vill skapa glädje och gemenskap på ridcentrat med hästens bästa i centrum.

Säva Ridcenter strävar efter att erbjuda hög kvalitet i utbildningen på lektionshäst/ponny eller egen häst. Vi har ridlektioner i grupp, sommarläger, helgkurser och privatlektioner. För mer information se fliken “Ridskolan”.

På anläggningen finns ett stort ridhus 22 x 80 m, en uteridbana på 22 x 60 m och en ovalbana. Vi har gott om ridvägar och bygger på en terrängbana. Det finns möjlighet för utomstående att hyra anläggningen för aktiviteter, kontakta ridcentrat för mer information.

ISAR udfører coaching og udviklingsopgaver for virksomheder, organisationer og privatpersoner. Coaching med heste foregår på Egemosegård i naturskønne omgivelser ved Bastrup sø. Coaching uden heste kan både foregå i vores nyrenoverede lyse lokaler på Egemmosegård eller lokalt hos virksomhederne.

Having personally experienced the differences horses can make in her own life, Susan created Wilson H2 Ranch with the goal of giving people from all ages and walks of life the opportunity to experience the magic of horses.

As a young girl, Susan rode horses at a friend’s breeding farm. At that time, she didn’t think about ‘how’ to ride, she just went out and had fun! In her late 30s she returned to horses again, one thing led to another with all the fun, trail riding, lessons, and breeding her own mare to raise three foals.

Susan became interested in “Reining”, a precision western riding event, At age 45, Susan showed for her first season on an experienced show horse, The Top Ace, and was champion of the “Green As Grass” class and reserve champion of the “Beginner” class in the Ontario Reining Horse Association. Again at age 50, showed her new horse Dun it with Doc Okie (aka Sonny Girl). They brought home the championship titles for both the Ontario Reining Horse Association “Advanced Beginner” class and the Reining Canada “Beginner” class.

Susan is now developing her skills as a ‘cowgirl’. She is learning how to ‘rope’, and on her 52nd birthday, Susan actually roped her first bucket. Not a moving target like a real live cow, but a good start.
